These Terms govern your use of Covey at coveycal.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Covey lets you create group-availability polls, share booking links, and — if you choose — connect a calendar so the Service can check availability and add events. Some features are free; others require a paid plan.
Some features require an account, which uses passwordless email sign-in. You're responsible for the email account you use to sign in and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in links private.
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes; send spam or unsolicited messages through it; attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use it to collect data about others without a lawful basis. You're responsible for the content you create and the people you invite.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices and features may change; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
The Service relies on third parties including Netlify, Resend, Stripe, and Google. Your use of connected services (such as Google Calendar) is also subject to their terms. Our handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant Covey the limited rights needed to host and display that content in order to operate the Service for you and the people you share with.
We aim to keep the Service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Covey is a scheduling convenience; you're responsible for confirming the meetings and commitments you make through it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
